Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL – EXCHANGE POLICY ONLY

Thank you for shopping with RX Showroom. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All items purchased from RX Showroom are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.


2. DEFECTIVE ITEM EXCHANGE ONLY

We will only offer an exchange if the product is defective or damaged prior to shipping.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide photo evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Include your order number and proof of purchase.

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for an exchange. Exchanges will only be made for the same item or store credit if that item is no longer available.


3. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED

We do not accept any returns. Items sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or returned.


4. SHIPPING LIABILITY

Once your order is shipped, RX Showroom is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. Any issues must be filed directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL).


5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Digital goods

  • Any product marked final sale
